CLOVERFIELD
> with director's commentary, deleted scenes, making of the monster docu, and alternate endings

> this movie actually works better on dvd:
it doesn't make you as dizzy, and it's more, well, intimate, with 5.1 surround sound...

it plays out much better on TV because CLOVERFIELD essentially is a home video of a monster running amuck,
and since we really watch home videos at home rather than on a theater screen,
this movie seems more urgent and plausible on DVD, and it's even scarier!!!

UNTRACEABLE
> not yet an original DVD rip, but clear enough picture & color, and very good sound.

> it's about a Video Blogger who's also a Serial Killer,
(who seems to love the torture porn of movies like Hostel)
being hunted down by the FBI's anti-piracy (!) and anti-black hat, anti-hacker Agents
(the real-life men and women who shut down sites like napster, kazaa, and soon, limewire)

and in this age of the exponential popularity of blogs like Brian Gorell's,
executions by terrorists broadcast on websites,
and lives turned inside out on YouTube,
this movie's premise suddenly seems very realistic.
