just sat through almost 2 excruciating hours of listening
to Philip Seymour Hoffman talk like Gloria Macapagal Arroyo
in CAPOTE.
for the life of me,
I can't fathom how this makes him the Best Actor.
Heath Ledger as that other gay character in Brokeback Mountain
should have won the Oscar.
CAPOTE is a very b---o---r---i---n---g film.
imagine watching someone typing slowly for two hours,
and that's the movie.
it's akin to watching paint dry.
and worst of all,
everytime someone in the movie calls Capote "Truman",
i half expected to see Lou Veloso.
